Yoga in Mount Waverley focuses on teaching classes in small groups in a warm and friendly environment. Lessons are taught in a small class (maximum 5) whereby individual attention is provided. Your Yoga lesson will be tailored to suit your age, flexibility and skill level, while taking into account any injuries or issues in the body.
